My cat marzapane has an odd habit. I became aware of his behavior because he generally would do it every morning and i figured he was just trying to wake me up. Maybe she likes the dust. However i have observed him doing it at other times during the day.

This cat goes nuts on mini blinds then freaks out on his owner. She is a licker. It is cute but it gets strange. But she also licks envelopes and boxes and sweatshirts and the shower curtain and the couch.

She will lick your face like a happy drooling dog would do. Our cat is a weirdo that loves licking plastic. My ninja cat bends blinds in order to get behind them. I have 6 cats and 3 of them love to lick smooth things like window blinds or plastic bags.

She is obsessed with licking the mini blinds. The list goes on and on. Sometimes she gets behind the blinds and licks them. I suspect its the smooth sensation they are enjoying.

Consider designating one window as the uncovered cat spot and applying your favorite window treatments to the rest. Another option may be to install a combination of cat proof window blinds and café curtains which would allow for both privacy and a controllable view.
